Marketer

The UCO Marketer programme covers the key elements and principles in marketing, along with other basic skills necessary to become a successful marketer.  The difference between real organisations that will excel, and those that will not, is the strength and capability of the marketers that run these operations.

Upon completion of this programme, you will be able to operate effectively in a marketing environment, design and apply effective marketing plans and strategies and use consumer analyses to predict consumer buying patterns and trends.  Basic computer skills are also taught in this programme. Marketing is both a concept and a set of techniques covering selling, sales management, marketing research, new product development, product management, pricing, packaging, advertising and sales promotion, distribution, consumer guidance, after-sales service and public relations.
