Executive Secretaries provide high-level administrative support for an office and for top executives of an organisation. They use a variety of office equipment, such as fax machines, photocopiers, scanners, and telephone systems.  Executive Secretaries use computers to create spreadsheets, compose correspondence, manage databases, and create presentations or reports.  They may review documents, assist with research and perform information management.  The Executive Secretary Skills Development Programme will give you the opportunity to advance general secretarial skills.  General office software applications will be learned at a higher level thus improving your skills which will enable you to complete any of the tasks expected of you.
