The UCO Business Management Specialist programme is intended to familiarise you with the various elements that make a successful and effective small business manager.

 

Upon completion of this programme, you will be able to understand and apply the concepts involved in managing a business, evaluate the market place and identify business opportunities and generate and implement a successful business plan.  Basic computer skills are also taught in this programme.

This Skills Development Programme is intended for:

  • Small Business Managers who would like to expand their knowledge in the foundations a business.
  • Acquire computer skills and skills to communicate effectively.

This programme is designed as the second entry-level qualification for the National Certificate in End User Computing.

After completing this Skills Development Programme, learners might continue with any of the following programmes:

    • To gain more knowledge and experience on Human Resource issues.
  • Marketer Skills Development Programme.
